General
- Drang and Zaouli's Bane now reload at the correct animation frame
ARs
- Increased damage vs minors by 10%
Pulse Rifles
- Increased damage vs minors and majors by 12.5%
Glaives
- Projectile speed increased by 30%
- Increased projectile PVE damage by 25%
- Decreased projectile PVP damage to 123 for aggressives, 113 for adaptives, and 101 for rapid-fires
- After firing projectile, time before melee allowed reduced from .75s to .2s
- Shield energy now passively charges while glaive is wielded (1% charge/s)
- Base DR in PVP remains 50%, but DR is reduced by 30% for Primary ammo and melee damage
Snipers
- Increased PVE damage by 15% (includes heavy ammo snipers)
Vex Mythoclast
- Increased damage vs minors by 10%
- Increased damage vs Bosses by 25%
- Increased Linear Fusion mode damage vs Champions by 200%
Revision Zero
- Increased damage vs champions by 100%
Thorn
- Remnant pickups can now overflow the mag to 40 rounds
- Catalyst gives +20 range, +10 stability, with Remnant pickups giving additional range, handling, and mobility
Exotic Class Glaives
- Exotic perks now refund 1 ammo on every use
- Shields no longer drain during exotic perk reload
- Exotic perk no longer deactivates when reloading or stowing
Edge of Intent
- Healing turret projectiles now provide cure and restoration
- AOE of turret increased to 8 meters
- Mag size increased from 4 to 5
Edge of Action
- Passing through the bubble grants bonus reload speed, handling, overshield, and a small stacking damage bonus
- Reduced bubble health from 8000 to 2400 to offset the new bonuses and up time
Edge of Concurrence
- Lightning Seeker now jolts targets on impact
- Reduced direct hit damage to account for the free ammo gain
Osteo Striga
- Removed the SMG damage scalar that was being applied to the poison
- This brings poison damage in line with Necrotic Grips
Salvation's Grip
- Detonation speed limit added for crystal damage in order to prevent kicking players to orbit
Winterbite
- Increased detonation damage of large projectile by 25%
- Self-damage radius reduced by 50%, and self-damage amount is reduced
Perks
- Danger Zone tweaked for Rockets (Bungie not saying what changed)
- Heavy Grip no longer increases incoming flinch
- Enhanced Precision Instrument max damage bonus increased from 26% to 30%
- Kinetic Tremors hit requirements reduced on pulses from 12 to 11 (enhanced increased from 9 to 10) and on non-burst sidearms from 12 to 8 (enhanced reduced from 9 to 7)

- Necrochasm poison tick damage from Cursed Thrall explosions getting a buff

New Ghost Mod Energy Costs
- S23 change designed to allow more customization while using high cost XP mods
- Combo Detector and Core Harvest now cost 1
- All Armorer mods now cost 2
- Prism Harvest, Modularity, and Prosperity mods now cost 3
Rahool (S23)
- Can now convert Enhancement Prisms into 5 Enhancement Cores for 2500 glimmer
- Reduced glimmer cost of crafting prisms from 10,000 to 2500
- Reduced glimmer cost of crafting Ascendant Shards from 50,000 to 10,000
- Can now craft Ascendant Alloy for same cost as Ascendant Shards
Known Issues
- Occasionally, killing Crota when his wipe timer expires will grant loot but won't count as a raid completion.
- In Haunted Sectors, spawn dialogs for Headless Ones and Summoning Circles will sometimes overlap each other.
- The Icarus Dash Aspect is missing part of its description. It should also include: "While airborne, rapidly defeating targets with your Super or any weapon cures you."
