Special Delivery Kiosk
- New tower kiosk coming next season for special items, including "Twitch Drops, Bungie Rewards, Digital Deluxe and Collector's Edition loot, Secret Stash items, preorder bonuses, and more"

Crucible
- Bungie will ship yearly map packs with some new, some old
- Crucible lab modes will be quicker to entering the main playlist
- Competitive scoring will weight wins and losses more
- Competitive modes being shuffled, starting with replacing Rift with something like Countdown or Rush
Armor
- Joe explains that ritual armor is being left off to invest those resources into seasonal and end game armor
- There is a ritual set coming in Final Shape still
- As a good will gesture, one S22 Eververse armor set is becoming a ritual set
Communications
- Bungie will continue to use team accounts vs personal
- Plan is to communicate through those more

Mid Season Balancing Review
- Last mid season patch was effective
- Next season's range changes will finally reign in Immortal
- In high skill lobbies, HCs reign supreme, in lower skill lobbies, exotic ARs reign currently
Global
- Double special in PvE now drops heavy at the same rate as other combinations
Reticles
- Continuing to tweak reticles to display more information about weapon status
Zoom and Damage Fall Off
- Mid range weapons brought closer together
- Reduced overall engagement ranges in Crucible
- Zoom no longer creates range outliers by extended damage falloff
- Zoom still increases aim assist fall off, accuracy, and reduces recoil
- TWID has several tables with new values, but generally most archetypes base zoom is between base and old rangefinder
Custom Exotic Ranges
- Memento Mori damage falloff penalty increased from 10% to 15%, but is offset a bit by new neutral state zoom
- Devil's Ruin laser range buff reduced from 20% to 10%, but is offset a bit by new neutral state zoom
- Revision Zero Hunter Trace now has 4.5x ADS damage falloff bonus
- Last Word now has 1.1x ADS damage falloff bonus
- Crimson now has 1.3x ADS damage falloff bonus, in place of previous intrinsic range penalty
- Vex now has 1.5x ADS damage falloff bonus
- Forerunner now has 2.0x ADS damage falloff bonus
- Eriana's Vow now has 2.4x ADS damage falloff bonus
Hand Cannons
- Reload speed at 0 stat increased by 15%
- Damage vs minors increased by 20%
- Damage vs majors increased by 75%
- Warden's Law is a new 2 burst Heavy Burst Frame HC
Bows
- Reduced minimum reload duration from .5s to .3s
- Velocity at full draw increased to mimic hitscan
- Lightweight full velocity now matches that of precision bows
SMGs
- Aggressives now display a proper fire rate of 720
Sidearms
- Aggressive frame base damage reduced from 32 to 30
Pulses
- BxR zoom increased back to 20
Shotguns
- The Comedian now displays the correct impact stat
Fusions
- Adept Masterworks and Enhanced perks that change the fire rate no longer change the damage per bolt
- Other sources that change fire rate still effect bolt damage
Wave Frame Heavy GLs
- Self damage AOD reduced to make them more viable at close range
Swords
- Sword now receive a temporary recharge rate boost after using Sword Guard so it is faster to go from guarding to heavy attack
- Heavy attacks can now be used at any non zero amount of energy
- Sword Guard now provides between 82.5 and 95% DR in PVE (52.5% and 65% in PvP)
- Sword Guard no longer loses energy from taking damage, and as a result Guard Efficiency is no longer in game
- Sword Guard base duration buffed across all archetypes
- Sword Guard boosting perks adjusted to still provide benefit in new system, but not be OP
- Sword Guard perks now show/preview their effect to charge rate
- Sword movement speed while guarding increased from .75x to .85x
- Lament charge rate and delay are unaffected, but still benefits from DR and duration buffs
Exotics

- Quicksilver Storm ammo will now populate earlier in the reload animation
- DMT now displays its actual impact stat
- Two Tailed Fox catalyst now fires the 3 rockets in a 3 burst fire rate, rather than a 2 burst (1 rocket, then 2 at same time)
- Verglas Curve now gets Hail Barrage stacks from Whisper of Fissures
- Verglas's Shiver Quiver now activates on slowing enemies
- Verglas slow Hail Barrage arrows now add 60 slow stacks per arrow to players in PvP
- Le Monarque draw time reduced from 684ms to 612ms, body damage reduced from 100 to 85, and crit damage multiplier increased from 1.5x to 1.6x
- Le Monarque poison duration lowered from 3s to 1.75s, does 6 ticks of damage instead of 8 (same total damage), and has a 50% PvE damage increase
- Vex RPM reduced from 390 to 360 to match high impact Auto, and deals 25% more PvE damage to minors/majors
- Tommy's Matchbook Scorch values changed from 14 stacks (21 w/ Ember of Ashes) to 15 (20 w/ Ashes)
- Touch of Malice final round PvE damage increased by 20%, self-damage on final round decreased from 10 to 7, and final round can no longer kill the user
- Touch's Touch of Mercy health bonus increased from 30 to 75, and now activates similar to Unrelenting
- Touch's Ball of Darkness properly deals arc damage, blinds combatants, and stuns Unstoppables
- Malfeasance catalyst status buff text now displays properly
- Cloudstrike's Lightning Strike lethal kill distance reduced in PvP
- Wicked Implement's Creeping Attrition now last 1 second longer
- Wicked Implement can activate Tithing Harvest by destroying crystals
- Wicked Implement exotic catalyst now includes Headstone
Perks
- Bipod damage penalty reduced from 40% to 25%
- Envious Assassin no longer has time limit after kills requiring perk activation or another kill
- Envious Assassin will work on overflowed magazines, up to a max of 2.5x or greater mag size)
- Enhanced Envious Assassin now provides more ammo per kill
- Under-Over now provides bonus body shot damage against Woven Mail, increased damage against combatant shields, and significantly increased damage to Dark Cabal and Lucent Moth overshields
- Under Pressure max accuracy cone scaler reduced from .5 to .75
- Shoot to Loot no longer triggers on Special bricks when magazine is overflowed already
- Shoot to Loot explosive damage now picks up orbs of power
- Valiant Change now deactivates properly after initial sword swing
- Ambush no longer deactivates from healing, fall damage, or friendly fire
- Chill Clip slow stacks reduced from 60 to 40, and Wolfpack Rounds no longer trigger the perk
Crafting
- Weapon level progression being boosted from PvP kills
- Activity weapon progression gains increasing for Crucible, Trials, Dares, Wellspring, Gambit, and Platinum Solo Lost Sector runs
- Roll over progression from leveling a weapon up, will now properly apply to the weapon's next level
- Can now use glimmer and enhancement cores to level a crafted weapon directly (cost will increase with each level)
- Resonant and Harmonic alloys are no longer required to craft (they can be exchanged at Rahool for glimmer)
- Neomuna weekly story mission will provide a guaranteed Neomuna weapon pattern each week
- Neomuna vendor engram upgrade has increased chance of being a deepsight weapon
- Throne World vendor engram upgrade has increased chance of being a deepsight weapon
- Fixed a bug where Deepsight weapons became rarer to get as you got closer to pattern unlock
Known Issues
- Certain Honored Centurions in the Gilded Precept Lost Sector are abnormally bright.
- The Compass Rose Shotgun is missing from Collections.
- The Lord of Wolves Exotic Shotgun is missing a hipfire reticle.
