- Enemy HP scaler reduced by 10% for Legend/Master activities, excluding raids/dungeons
- Enemy HP scaler for full fireteam in Avalon exotic mission reduced by 33%
More Commendation Nerfs
- Further reduced required commendation scores for Guardian Ranks 7-9
- Was 460, 790, and 1290: now 100, 250, and 500
- Removed all objectives from Guardian Ranks that required players to give commendations
Mid Season Weapon Patch Preview
PVE Primary Buffs
- ARs increased by 25% against red/orange bars
- Pulse, HC, and Side Arms increased by 20% against red/orange bars
- Scout Rifles increased by 10% against red/orange bars
- SMG & Bows untouched
Aggressive Frame SMGs
- Added recoil to IKELOS SMG to be in line with other aggressive frames
- Change in S21 coming to balance ease of TTK
Rapid Frame Fusion Rifles
- Increased damage of burst by 15 in PVP
Trace Rifles
- Increased base damage by 4%
- Reduced crit multiplier from 1.4x to 1.35x
- Increased flinch reduction for 100 stability by 10%
Rapid Fire Snipers
- Reduced recoil by 50%
- Increased total ammunition by 30%
Exotic Weapons
- Final Warning no longer tracks through Titan barricades
- Tarrabah's zoom reduced from 16 to 15
- Tarrabah's Ravenous Beast energy generation from taking damage reduced from 3% to 1%
- Revision Zero's Fourth Times the Charm perk is reset when entering Hunter's Trace
- Revision Zero's Hunter's Trace damage increased by 25% in PVE
- Revision Zero's Heavy Burst Round damage increased by 75% in PVE
Changes Coming S21
- Hip fire reticles being expanded to show more info (accuracy, aim assist, charge state, Exotic perk state, etc.)
- Aggressive Frame SMG nerf
- 10% PVE buff for Snipers
- Exotic buffs/adjustments, including Graviton Lance and Salvation's Grip
Changes in the Distant Future
- Taking a pass on the effects of zoom and damage fall off
- Considering separating the two so weapons can be tuned on both scales without one stat impacting the other
Khvostov?
- It was in the cinematics because it were easier to animate, and everyone technically has one in collections
- Team didn't have the resources to animate complex weapons like Glaives into the cinematics
