Guardian Abilities
General
- Happy with super cooldowns in PVP, though looking into outliers on high and low end
- While better, continuing to look into global changes for ability timers and neutral abilities in order to hit the 60/40% gunplay to ability goal (Not happening in S19, probably post Lightfall)
- Goal of S19 is to balance out Light 3.0 and Stasis sub classes to be as even as possible
Solar
- Restoration 1 down from 25/50 health per second in PVP/PVE, to 20/40
- Restoration 2 down from 40/65, to 32.5/65
- Restoration no longer stacks with Healing Rifts (the highest heal per second wins out)
- Radiant from Ember of Torches now last 8 seconds and the fragment applies -10 Discipline
- Ember of Solace applies 50% bonus to Radiant, instead of a flat 5 seconds (which it already does for Restoration)
- Knock Em Down on Deadshot Golden Gun now provides 15% damage resist, but removed the bonus duration
- Knock Em Down on Marksman no longer provides the 15% DR
- Knock Em Down on Blade Barrage now provides 3 bonus projectiles per group instead of 5, dropping total knife count to 20 knives
- Celestial Fire close range damage increased from 90 to 100
Void
- Void overshield now gives 50% DR in PVE, instead of the bugged 25%
- Vortex Nova Bomb now has 21% increase in projectile speed, 17% increase in pull radius, and 20% increase in pull strength
- Improved Shield Bash's reliability in applying suppression
- Deadfall Tether lifetime increased to 12 seconds on trigger
- Moebius Quiver lifetime lowered to 6 seconds
Arc
- Touch of Thunder's roaming duration of storm grenade lowered to 4 seconds
- Decreased the bonus duration of Spark of Magnitude from 2s to 1.5s for enhanced storm grenades
- Visual ring around Storm Grenade remains constant making it easier to tell if it's a friend or foe
- Ballistic Slam PVE damage increased by 16%
- Tempest Strike PVE damage increased by 30%
- Arc Soul PVE damage increased from 35 to 60
- Ball Lightning travel range increased to 35 meters
- Chain Lightning PVE damage increased by 50%
- Chaos Reach base cooldown lowered from 9:16 to 7:35
Stasis
- Stasis slow movement penalty increased by 10%
- Coldsnap seekers now have up to 0.5 seconds to change directory and lock onto target before moving
- Duskfield Grenade slow application rate increased to 13% in PVP
- Winter's Shroud fragment slot count increased from 1 to 2
- Cryoclasm fragment slot count increased from 1 to 2
- Reduced Glacial Harvest creation cooldown per 6 shards created from 15 seconds to 10 seconds
- Whisper of Rending bonus damage now works for all primary weapons types, not just kinetic
New Dungeon
- December 9th (first Friday of the season) at reset
