Account Bans
- Only about 60 accounts were flagged as false positives, the majority of bans are still legit
- Unbans began within 24 hrs
- Bungie reached out directly to those who appealed
- There are several detections for banning and this involved one specific way
Weapons Team FAQ
- Full auto mod sticking around even when accessibility option goes live
- Full auto perk on exotics will be replaced with something fun, but not overpowering
- Traveler's chosen gets surplus, Vigilance Wing gets ensemble, No Time to Explain gets feeding frenzy, etc
- Divinity debuff being lowered to 15%
- Kinetic weapons being looked at for post-Ligthfall
- Lightfall adept raid weapons will have access to enhanced perks (not via crafting)
- No champion mods being added to old exotic weapons, but new ones will be added
- In season 19, non-raid weapons will start to have old raid perks available
- Outbreak Perfected's recoil is so good because its based on auto rifle recoil, not pulse recoil
- Confirmed that the Xur bug for accuracy Masterwork does not actually do anything
- Stability perks like quick draw DO affect perfect draw on bows
- Bungie plans to add more 3.0 class related perks to weapon pools
- Season 20-21 should see a few more exotics get 3.0 verbs added
- They are looking into what it would take to add a 2nd perk to crafted weapons
- Vender resets for multi weapon perks: the left column maximum perk count increases at first and third resets, and the right column increases at the second and fourth resets
- Weapon perk drop rates are equal across all drop sources
- 26 exotic weapons are getting buffed/debuffed next season: some minor, some major
- D1 content is always rebuilt from scratch when being brought over
- Reprised raids will get their exotic rebuilt, along with the 6 most popular weapons
- If exotic already exists, or there aren't 6 legendaries, more are built (hint for WotM :0 )
- Adagio is 20% on bow/shotty, 30% on everything else
- Zen Moment adds up to 5 stacks that reduce recoil
- Slug Shottys only benefit from accuracy perks in the air
- Enhanced perks should only be 5-10% stronger than the base perk
- One Quiet Moment might get a buff in S19
- Fastest bow possible is 500ms
- Rangefinder aim assist fall off buff being removed mid season
- Fate of All Fools reworked to be 3 crits stores a body shot, that body shot can do crit damage, and you can store up to 3 body shots
- Bungie happy with the sandbox changes made in S17 and S18
- Trace rifles do not have bloom
- Main Ingredient will likely get nerfed before Under Pressure does
- SSMB doesn't really affect balancing because they look at Comp and Trials for that
- Headseaker timer getting buff
- Aggressive Frames do not have High Cal baked in
- Dynamic Sway ramps up per bullet, up to 20 bullets, so high fire weapons get the benefit faster
- Box Breathing increases the precision damage multiplier of the weapon and increases the aim assist falloff distance by 10%

- Stability bump for autos and traces
- Crit buff for adaptive pulse and precision autos
- Reduce pulse range at low to mid stat levels
- Nerfs for Jade Rabbit and No Time to Explain ease of use
