Crafting
- Introduced early in campaign
- Where you form your first Glave
- Patterns for future guns found through quests and objectives
- Crafted guns can now be leveled up to earn extra stats
- Basically a replacement for masterworking
- Crafted weapons can be reshaped (re-crafted)
- Momentos are a new system for having stat trackers (like the old kill trackers)
- You can unlock themed trackers, like a Momento for tracking Gambit kills, by playing those activities
- Not exclusive to legendaries, as the upcoming Glaves and preorder SMG exotic will have crafting patterns
- Exotic crafting more fine tuned
Crafting Perks How To
- Find legendary weapon with Deepsight Resonance ability (example one with rampage)
- Do objective on Deepsight Resonance to earn Rampage as a crafting material to use for other crafted weapons
- Not every weapon type will have access to every perk (like it is now)
Pursuit Weapons
- Pursuit weapon for Season 16 is The Reckless Endangerment shotgun
- Has steady Hands perk for a massive handling boost after a kill, plus Snapshot
- Reiterated that pursuit weapons are not meant to be best of best like pinnacles were
Weapons Traits
- New weapons will have origin traits based on activity origin (Trials, Nightfall, Strikes)
- They either have high uptime and medium power effects or low uptime and high power effects
- World loot pull being replaced by weapons exclusively from Suros, Omolon, Häkke, and Veist foundries, plus one foundry weapon each for Vanguard, Gambit, and Crucible
- Each foundry has a unique intrinsic perk, and unique perk pool
Weapon Misc
- Traditional kill trackers not behind masterwork
- Weapon mods will be free to insert
- Players now only drop 1 Special ammo on death in Crucible
- The maximum you can pick up off a Special brick is 1 (in Crucible)
- Scavenger still adds to this

- Damage per bolt increased from 62 to 64
- PvE damage bonus increased from 15% to 20%

- Reduced damage by 25%

Sniper Zoom
- Reduced variance in AA scaling between low (35) and high-zoom (60)
- Cone angle scalar increased by ~25% on low zoom, ~9% on high
Pulse Rifles
- Buffing damage vs. minors by 10%
Exotic Weapons

- Increased damage vs minors in PvE by 40%

- Reduced passive range buff from 2m to 0.5m
Duality
- Reduced passive range buff in slug mode
- The On Black Wings damage buff no longer clears on reload
Tarrabah
- Now reduces perk progress by half instead of clearing it on weapon stow
- Increased Ravenous Beast duration increases for damaging a player slightly
Ruinous Effigy
- Increased the damage dealt by transmutation sphere by 66% (30% against players)
- Transmutation Sphere multi-kills now count for Orb generation armor mods
Lumina
- Increased range stat from 44 to 59
- Increased base stability stat from 46 to 56
Ager's Scepter
- Fixed continue use of empowered mode while suppressed or Stasis encased
- Rebuilt the perk â now freezes Super recharge and deducts Super directly
- Super should now drain more slowly while empowered
DMT
- Reduced the catalyst's hip-fire rate of fire from 150 RPM to 130 RPM

- Increased flinch received

- Increased ammo picked up from a Special ammo brick from 2 to 3

Hip Fire Grip
- Increases damage falloff start and end distances by 20% (except on Shotgun, Sniper Rifle, and Fusion Rifle)
Adagio
- Increased duration from 5s to 7s
- Increased damage bonus from 25% to 30% (except on Bows and Fusion Rifles)
- Now adds +10 range stat
- Added a timer to the buff text to make it easier to tell when it's going to expire
Dual Loader
- Reduced reload stat penalty from -50 to -35
Danger Zone
- Reduced self-damage scalar for Grenade Launchers
Tap the Trigger (Fusion Rifles only)
- Reduced stability bonus from +40 to +10
- Changed max recoil angle scale from 0.5 to 0.875
- Changed error angle scale from 0.9 to 0.975
Headseaker
- Extended buff duration from 0.17 to 0.3s
